Monitoring Schedule
Each task has a name, a colour and its own list of timepoints. Times are
minutes from the start of the case, separated by commas. You can end a list
with Q2H (every 2 hours from the last listed time, out to T+24h) or
Q30M for minutes. Pump checks are separate — they run on an interval.
